Cancellation Policy
At Naru Zanzibar, every journey is carefully prepared and secured in advance with our hotel and experience partners. To preserve the quality and exclusivity of each experience, the following cancellation terms apply:
• All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
• Changes requested more than 60 days prior to arrival may be transferred to a future Zanzibar journey, subject to availability.
• Changes made 30–60 days before arrival may incur partial cancellation charges depending on confirmed services.
• Changes made within 30 days of arrival are subject to full cancellation terms.
If travel plans change, our team will always do our best to assist with rescheduling options whenever possible.
