All guests should fly into Abeid Amani Karume International Airport (ZNZ) in Zanzibar, Tanzania.
Our team will arrange a private airport pickup and drop-off so your arrival and departure are smooth and comfortable.

International flights are not included in the package price. This allows travelers to depart from their preferred city and choose their preferred airline.
However, we are happy to recommend flight routes and arrival times that work best with your itinerary.

Most travelers will need a tourist visa to enter Tanzania, which also covers travel to Zanzibar. In many cases, the visa can be obtained online through the Tanzania eVisa system or on arrival at the airport, depending on your nationality.
In addition, the Zanzibar government requires all visitors to obtain Zanzibar Inbound Travel Insurance before entering the island. This insurance is mandatory for all travelers visiting Zanzibar.

Once completed, you will receive a certificate which may be requested upon arrival at Zanzibar Airport.

Cancellation Policy
At Naru Zanzibar, each journey is meticulously curated and secured in advance with our hotel and experience partners. As such, we maintain a strict cancellation policy to preserve the quality and exclusivity of your stay.
• All deposits are strictly non-refundable.
• Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival:
Payments made beyond the deposit may be converted into a credit valid for 12 months, subject to availability and seasonal rate differences.
Any supplier-imposed penalties (including accommodation and marine operators) will be deducted from the credit issued.
• Cancellations made 30–60 days prior to arrival:
50% of the total booking value (excluding deposit) will be forfeited.
The remaining balance may be issued as a future travel credit valid for 12 months.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival:
100% of the total booking value (excluding deposit) will be charged.
• No-shows, late arrivals, or early departures are non-refundable.
• All amendments are subject to availability and potential rate adjustments.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
